Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy sets out the charges that apply if you cancel a confirmed package with The Nextrips, and how refunds are processed. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. The exact cancellation terms for your booking are also confirmed in writing at the time you pay.
1. Booking Deposit
The initial deposit that confirms your booking is non-refundable under any circumstances, including a change of mind. It is adjusted against your total package cost, not charged in addition to it.
2. Cancellation Charges
If you cancel after your booking deposit is paid, the following charges apply based on how many days before departure you cancel:

Some hotels, airlines, and other vendors booked as part of your package carry their own non-refundable or non-amendable terms — where that applies, those terms take precedence over the tiers above, and we’ll tell you before you book.
3. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or local safety advisories can force a trip or activity to be cancelled or altered. In these cases we’ll offer a reasonable alternative where one is available, but we can’t issue a refund for the portion of the trip affected — those costs are typically already committed to hotels, airlines, or other vendors.
4. Date Changes & Rescheduling
Rescheduling a confirmed booking to different travel dates is subject to vendor availability at the new dates and may carry additional charges from hotels, airlines, or other vendors. Request date changes as early as possible — the closer to departure, the less flexibility we have.
5. Refund Process
Once a cancellation is confirmed in writing, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, less any charges under Section 2 and any non-refundable vendor costs.
6. Corporate & Trade-Fair Bookings
Cancellation terms for corporate group travel and trade-fair delegations are confirmed in writing in the booking agreement for that group, and may differ from the tiers above depending on group size, vendor contracts, and event dates.
